Jim Morrice : About Us :

Jim Morrice, founder and Director of Comp-Connection, has been involved with the security industry since 1973. He began trading as Jim Morrice Fire & Security in 1981 and quickly succeeded in obtaining top industry standard NSCIA (The National Supervisory Council for Intruder Alarms) in 1983, which was the forerunner of NACOSS (The National Approval Council of Security Systems). Jim was accepted onto the Roll of Approved Installers 1997 by the SSAIB (Security Systems Alarm Inspection Board).

Since 1991, Comp-Connection has installed some of the highest quality and most reliable security systems in the North East and Islands. A claim backed up by both our impressive industry accreditations and the extremely positive feedback from our customers and clients.

In our latest customer survey, 97% said they would have no hesitation in recommending Comp-Connection to their friends and colleagues. The survey also highlighted the fact that Jim Morrice himself was more widely known in the industry than the company name Comp-Connection. As a result, in 2006 the company rebranded and remarketed as Jim Morrice, trading as Comp-Connection.
